Do I need a subscription?+

No. You can pay once to unlock an image or buy a credit pack. Starter and Pro subscriptions include monthly credits and the features listed above. Both options can pay for D3 analysis.

What is D3 analysis?+

D3 is the most detailed analysis level. It returns possible locations and the clues for and against them. Each run costs 10 credits. It may help narrow the search, but an exact match is not guaranteed. Exports depend on your plan.

Is there a free option?+

Yes. Run a basic location check (D1) without signing in or providing a credit card. Sign up to get 3 credits for D1 and D2, valid for 7 days. For D3, buy credits or pay to unlock an image.

Do credits roll over?+

Free tier credits reset daily. Subscription credits are issued monthly. Credit packs are valid for 12 months.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+

Yes. You can request a switch at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
